Mix the contents in the spray bottle, shake well, and apply in every crack and corner which are the best hideouts for spiders! You can apply outside about once a month (or after it rains). This homemade remedy is safe for kids and pets, so you can use it well in every room of the house.
1.2 Lavender Oil as Spider Repellents
Using Lavender Essential Oils is a natural and safe way to give spiders at bay without exposing your kids to the dangerous chemicals contained in pesticides. Even if it won’t kill the spiders but they will prevent them from coming in your home.
Since spiders taste with their feet they are thrown off by powerful fragrances of these essential oils and don’t like to walk across areas with strong scents.
